Spa Policy

Nectar's Mobile Spa services charge a travel fees or more outside a 20 mile radius of Atlanta. This is per therapist. We require 24 hours notice for any appointment being booked but we can accomodate to 5 hours ahead of the appointment. We can accommodate most special requests within reason. Any services booked after hours will incur a 30% upcharge. An 20% gratuity fee is added to all finalized bill.
Payment Policies: A 50% deposit is required upfront when arrangements have been finalized and a price has been determined with the balance due the day of the services along with a signed aggreement. Deposits are non refundable. All listed prices on Nectar's website are subject to change.
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to the services with no penalty. Cancellations occurring within this 72 hour period prior to the services will be assessed a 50% service charge of the finalized bill. This does not include the deposit. Services cancelled within 24 hours of services time will be assessed 100% service charge of the finalized bills.
